Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals in accordance with agreed menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure meals are prepared on time and served in a clean and presentable manner
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Manage food supplies and report when replenishment is required
- Properly store food items to avoid wastage and spoilage
- Carry out daily cleaning of the premises
- Always maintain general orderliness and neatness of the premises
- Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure waste is properly collected and disposed of in designated areas
- Provide basic assistance to guests/occupants when needed
- Monitor utilities such as water, gas, and electricity and report shortages and/or faults
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or certificate in hospitality, housekeeping or a related field.
- Experience in cooking and meal preparation
- Experience in housekeeping or caretaking duties
- Good hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail
