We are seeking a competent, mature, and customer-focused Counter Sales Officer to manage sales and procurement at our retail outlet. The ideal candidate is 25–30 years old, has 2+ years of experience in retail operations, and is capable of handling high SKU volumes. While prior hardware experience is not mandatory, experience in cashiering and procurement within retail is highly desirable. Integrity, accuracy, and professionalism are key.
Minimum 2 years experience in retail, cashiering, or procurement.
Diploma or certificate in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
Experience managing large SKU inventories.
Serve customers at the counter and provide excellent customer service.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately (cash and electronic payments).
Assist in procurement, stock management, and SKU organization.
Maintain proper records of sales, stock levels, and orders.
