Job Summary
As a Customer Care Officer it is the duty of the Employee to perform all essential job functions and duties. From time to time, the Employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Employee’s work.
Job Description/Requirements
The job description of the position is as follows:-
• Providing support to the company through both administrative and Clerical activities.
• Logging information on internal systems
• Providing a high standard service for both on calls and walk in customers.
• Recording and updating customer’s databases
• Processing incoming and outgoing mails
• Maintaining the offices stationery, catering supplies and IT equipment.
• Doing customer follow ups on orders, and pending payments
