Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant and Hair Stylist at a wig shop. Hair styling, sales and customer service skills are essential. You will perform wig consultation, selling, wig installation, preparing and styling wigs. This will involve preparing and styling wigs by flat ironing, curling, hot combing, lace cutting and brushing.

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Provide personalized wig consultation and fitting
• Serve customers both physically and via WhatsApp and call
• Prepare wigs to be ready to wear by brushing, cutting lace, customizing and repairing
• Style wigs as needed by flat ironing, curling and hot combing
• Process transactions and deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Keep records of sales, payments and customer inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Manage cleanliness and order at the shop
• Arrange products on the respective shelves and display
• Take photos and videos of clients for social media posting
• Model to showcase our products
• Advice on areas to improve in the business
Requirements
• Diploma in Hairdressing or Beauty would be an added advantage
• Training will be provided, however previous hair styling experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn how to style and fit wigs
• A cheerful and friendly person with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and listen to customers to meet their needs
• Must be well organized and possess excellent oral communication skills
• Having problem solving skills
• Must be customer oriented and sales-oriented
• Confident with excellent selling and customer service skills
• Good record keeping and accounting skills
