The Customer Service Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring queries, complaints, and feedback are handled efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Job Description/Requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.
- Log and track customer complaints or issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaising with contracted transporters on positioning of the export trucks once the goods are ready for dispatch.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous support.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation.
- Work closely with the Territory Sales Supervisors and Sales Team Leaders to address aftersales issues.
