DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and publish Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Create and optimize data models, measures, and DAX calculations for accurate reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure dashboards support decision- making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance by integrating multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms).
- Implement row-level security, permissions, and governance in Power BI Service.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to enhance user adoption of dashboards.
- Stay current with Power BI and BI industry trends to recommend improvements.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service), including Power Query and DAX.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for relational databases.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, storytelling, and UX.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
