Job descriptions & requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
2. 2 years hands on experience repairing Apple devices at board level.
3. Knowledge of iOS, macOS troubleshooting and Apple Configurator.
4. Apple ACIT/ACMT certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
5. Customer service skills for explaining technical issues simply.
