ERP Project Manager (Person must reside in TZ)

Responsibilities

· Project Management - scope, goals, resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables

· Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables and documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on associated payments.

· Monitor budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle

· Oversee client relations by managing expectations and maintaining alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

· Manage risks: Identify challenges and create contingency plans

· Cross-functional team management - Manage tasks, delegate roles, and foster collaboration

· Proposal preparation, play role of bid manager as and when required

· Document and report: -Maintain records and report project outcomes

· Facilitate meetings, updates, and clear reporting across all levels

· Provide regular status reports and end-of-project summaries

Qualifications

· Must possess a Master's Degree.

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

· Must be a resident of Tanzania

· Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management.

· Must have been certified in PMP or equivalent.

Key Competencies.

· Must have worked on at least 2 large ERP projects in Africa and have stayed at site for long duration on these projects during the project implementation.

· Must be willing to do on site implementations at sites in the African Region. The expected duration of the project is almost throughout the project.

· Must be a fast learner and be

· Must be certified in ERP products.

Salary Package

· TZS 4M net per month.
