- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendors, and event timelines.
- Ensure smooth event execution and handle on-site support.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Promote events and services through social media and other channels.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and content.
- Manage and update social media platforms regularly.
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, and basic graphics.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries online.
- Use tools like Canva to design posters, flyers, and digital content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain event calendars and schedules.
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on events and marketing performance.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in events, social media, and content creation.
- Basic skills in Canva or other design tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in events or marketing is an added advantage).
