Position Summary
We seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital presence and grow the brand across Kenya. The successful candidate will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage customers, support sales, and strengthen relationships with both consumers and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Propose creative social media strategies and be able to deliver.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate all digital marketing activities.
  • Manage influencer and UGC creator partnerships.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and marketing insights
  • Manage company website and other digital marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging content.
  • Ensure all digital communication aligns with brand identity.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field which can be substituted for at least 4 years’ experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing Meta Business Suite and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media advertising.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
