5. Job Purpose
The Marketing & Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The role ensures effective coordination of marketing activities, supervises the marketing team, and contributes to achieving business growth and brand visibility.
6. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote industrial gas products and services across target sectors.
· Supervise and coordinate daily marketing activities and campaigns.
· Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
· Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
· Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and online
· Coordinate with production and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
· Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
· Monitor customer feedback and market intelligence to improve service offerings and customer retention.
· Maintain brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints.
· Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
· Train, mentor, and evaluate marketing team members.
7. Operations Coordination
· Coordinate daily operational activities between sales, logistics, production, and customer service teams.
· Monitor stock levels, cylinder movements, delivery schedules, and supply chain performance to support uninterrupted customer service.
· Assist in planning and optimizing operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
· Support implementation of operational policies, safety procedures, and quality standards in line with industry regulations.
· Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product availability and distribution.
· Track operational KPIs including delivery performance, customer response times, and service efficiency.

9. Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, operations coordination, or commercial support roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
· Experience in campaign management and market research
· Experience within industrial gases, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
· Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards within industrial environments is beneficial.
