Job Purpose: Support the Category and Brand Manager- Personal Care to develop and execute on the brand plans in line with the regional and OU brand strategies
Reports to: Category & Brand Manager

Key Accountabilities
• Implement brand strategy in trade to grow and sustain brand performance
and profitability.
• Agency Management for effective execution of all brand related campaigns including Digital & BTL
• Monitor, control, and report brand performance through key consumer KPIs (market share, awareness, trial, attribute rating etc.) providing solutions to shortfalls.
• Support the management of the New Product Development process for the brand Kenya and Uganda
• Support and monitor the implementation of pricing policy for products within the brand portfolio in the Commercial Business Unit.
• Support the development & execution of approved brand Media & Consumer plan within guidelines.
• Support Product Life Cycle Management including demand forecasting and minimising residuals.
• Support brand operations and administrative processes to ensure proper documentation and institutional memory
Qualification, Experience & Competencies
Qualifications Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-4 years demonstrated experience in Brand, shopper & trade Activations
