Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase shipper and transporter sign-ups.
* Manage social media advertising, lead-generation campaigns, and content calendars.
* Analyze marketing performance, user behaviour, and platform metrics.
* Manage platform operations including user onboarding, verification, and support.
* Coordinate with developers to report bugs and ensure smooth system performance.
* Oversee customer support processes and ensure quick resolution of issues.
* Create promotional campaigns, email marketing flows, and platform announcements.
* Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements.
* Manage influencer partnerships and promotional collaborations.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or platform management.
* Experience working with online marketplaces or major e-retailer/logistics platforms is a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
* Strong technical awareness — able to test features, identify bugs, and work with IT teams.
* Excellent communication and customer experience (CX) skills.
* Self-driven, creative, and able to execute campaigns independently.
