Job Description/Requirements
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Periodically visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and other customer locations within designated regions to increase sales prospects, comprehend customer needs and offer customized product solutions.
· Effectively plan and organize sales visits to optimize coverage of assigned locations.
· Determine the territory’s market categories and potential customers.
· Collaborate with customer service, supply chain management and marketing departments to coordinate sales activities with product accessibility, marketing campaigns and customer support.
· Maintain thorough records of orders, customer contacts and sales activities.
· Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to inform managers of developments, obstacles and opportunities.
· Negotiate with customers about prices, terms and conditions to obtain sales agreements that are beneficial to both the customer and the business.
· Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about the features, advantages and applications of the product by giving product demonstrations.
· Gather and present market data analytics such as prices, competitor activities and customer feedback.
