- Welcome and receive guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front desk area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction during their visit
- Handle billing and payments where required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Honest, reliable, and a team player
