Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Front Desk Operations
Greet and assist students, clients, and visitors.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Student Support and Assistance
Provide timely and accurate support and information to students.
Enrollment, Admissions, and Record-Keeping
Assist in student admissions and maintain accurate academic records.
Appointment Scheduling and Coordination
Organize meetings, interviews, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
Housekeeping and Inventory Management
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Manage inventory and relevant supplies.
Communication and Social Media Interaction
Support communication efforts, especially social media engagement with students and the public.
Client and Student Relations
Maintain positive, professional relationships with students and clients through excellent customer service.
