Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to promote products or services

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve sales performance
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
