We are seeking to recruit a seasonal luxury hotel employee to join our exceptional team.

THE JOB

Work in a seasonal Luxury hotel on the island of Paros from the last week of April 2027 until the last week of September 2027.

Job tasks include: 

1. Daily care, cleaning, and maintenance of the pool area, pool bar, tables, seating areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
2. Organization and tidying of the pool bar and its equipment.
3. Preparation and serving of drinks, coffees, and basic cocktails when required.
4. Preparation of breakfast for the following day, including organizing products and completing any necessary preparations.
5. Assistance with guest check-in procedures when required, according to the instructions of the hotel manager.
6. Ensuring that all guest areas remain clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
7. Cooperation with the hotel manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the property.

Benefits:

• Work 8 hours per day, every day. 28 to 30 working days per month.
• Net monthly salary between 1400 EUR and 1500 EUR (KES 210,000- 225,000), depending on total hours worked that month.
• Free accommodation is provided near the working site. Furnished apartment, including electricity and water.

• One free meal provided every day.

• You will get a seasonal residence permit, allowing you to work seasonally in Greece for 5 consecutive years, up to 9 months per year. The remaining 3 months of each year, you must leave Greece and return back the next year to continue the seasonal job.
• Free public health insurance under the Greek state system

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
