Job summary

The Invoice Clerk will be responsible for preparing, processing, verifying, and filing invoices while ensuring accuracy of billing information and timely record keeping. The role involves coordinating with stores, accounts, and customers to ensure smooth invoicing operations and proper documentation of transactions.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in invoicing, stores, or accounting office is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of invoicing systems and basic accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
