Summit Recruitment and Search Africa is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search agency head quartered in Kenya providing outstanding talent to a wide range of companies and NGO’s in various business sectors across Africa.

Our Client, a leading distributor of high-quality perfumes and cosmetics, Spirits, Watches and accessories entering the African Market starting with Kenya, is looking for a The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Brand Manager and work in close collaboration with the Brand training beams based in Europe. He/She will have to train and develop the skills of the local sales teams so as to reinforce brand singularities and differences and develop the turnover of the area through the knowledge of the brand and the products, the sales techniques, the Art of Relationship, the services and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize efficient and experiential training courses and a personalized follow up (both wholesale and retail). Display and animate training sessions both online and offline: in training rooms, Teams, animations and ensure the field training. Federate the dedicated BC’s by delivering client experience to the teams in Respect of the philosophy of the House. Engage BA’s generic staff through the most relevant learning paths As Digital Learning Ambassador, you have full responsibility of local mobile learning and BA-BC database. Elaborate and optimize the training budget of the market. Define KPI’s and regular quantitative and qualitative reportings, on all the training and animation actions. Be proactive on improvement axis.

Key skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field. Passionate about training and have the interpersonal skills to create a trustful relationship with the Teams. Excellent presentation skills Energetic, open-minded, agile, with a digital sensitivity Organized and rigorous, taste of business and analytical skills Deep understanding of Brand Value POS Experience would be advantageous
