• Visit existing and prospective customers to build strong business relationships and gather market intelligence.
• Identify and develop potential customers and target markets to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement monthly sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular market and sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the mechanical, engineering, energy, petroleum, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Good market analysis and business development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
