- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across campaigns and promotions.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives to differentiate the brand in a competitive FMCG market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including market research, packaging design, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.
- Monitor post-launch performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and sales data.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional media channels.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Track campaign results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and retailers to maximize marketing impact.
- Support sales teams with marketing tools, promotional materials, and training as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FMCG marketing.
- Suggest innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with a proven track record in brand building and product marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and brand management.
- Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive problem solver.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
