We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT/Marketing Intern to support company’s growth.The intern will assist our digital marketing and operations team with content creation, campaign execution, and platform support. You will help improve customer experience, manage online communication, and support key business processes.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and publishing marketing content across social media platforms.
* Support ongoing marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activities.
* Conduct basic market research for shippers and transporters.
* Help monitor the company's platform and report bugs, user issues, or UI/UX challenges.
* Draft promotional materials and messaging for marketing campaigns.
* Assist in analyzing marketing and platform performance data.
* Support onboarding processes for shippers and transporters.
* Provide basic customer support and help respond to user inquiries.
Requirements:
* Diploma/degree (in progress or completed) in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Basic understanding of social media management.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools).
* Basic IT knowledge (web navigation, troubleshooting, data entry).
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
