Tourlast is hiring Marketing Associates to onboard hotels, apartments, villas, lodges, and other stays onto our PMS and OTA platform. The role focuses on selling our PMS solution and listing suppliers on Tourlast across African markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell and present Tourlast’s PMS to accommodation providers
- Onboard properties and support suppliers during setup
- Conduct supplier presentations (online and in-person)
- Travel within Kenya and other African countries for marketing
- Meet onboarding targets (commission-based)
Compensation
Commission-based per onboarded property
Requirements
- Kenyan or resident in Kenya
- Valid passport and willing to travel
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in travel, hospitality, OTA, or hotel sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- English (mandatory) + one additional language: Kiswahili, Arabic, Somali, Hausa, Amharic, Zulu, or Xhosa
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
- Experience with OTAs, PMS, or channel managers
- Existing hospitality network in Africa
