Job Description/Requirements
Office Admin (Salary 30,000-35,000)
ROLES:
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Facilitating other departments and staff with required resources
• Managing staff welfare and engagement and records
• Office consumables procurement and management
• Ensuring general cleanliness of the offices and working area
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree/diploma in a business/HR
• 5 yrs verifiable work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge in HR management
