Our client who is in the beauty industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Operations Manager to support their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience Management
- Welcome clients and ensure a warm professional experience
- Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-ins efficiently to optimize service flow
- Handle client inquiries (in-person, phone, and digital platforms such as WhatsApp/Instagram)
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate where necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels
2. Operations Coordination
- Oversee daily operations to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate therapists and technicians to ensure optimal productivity
- Monitor service timelines and manage client flow to minimize waiting time
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and quality
3. Inventory & Supplies Management
- Track usage of beauty products, tools, and consumables
- Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely reordering
- Work with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Monitor product quality and proper storage standards
4. Sales & Revenue Support
- Support upselling of products and services by guiding clients on suitable options
- Track daily sales, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Assist in implementing promotions, packages, and loyalty programs
- Support achievement of revenue targets through effective coordination and reporting
5. Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales, expenses, and inventory
- Prepare operational reports, daily or weekly as required
- Support payroll inputs (e.g attendance, commissions, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation are maintained
6. Social Media & Client Engagement Support
- Assist in responding to online inquiries and bookings via social platforms
- Support basic content coordination (before/after photos, promotions, updates)
- Engage clients through follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection
- Hygiene, Compliance & Ambience Oversight
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor overall ambience; cleanliness, lighting, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines relevant to the beauty industry

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Relevant experience in an operations managerial role (preferable experience in a beauty parlour or spa is an added advantage)
*Salary: KSh 40,000 (Consolidated Gross)
