Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations including production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement quality control measures for product excellence.
• Support showroom operations, pop-ups, and marketing activations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, manufacturing, or FMCG operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in ERP tools and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
