Order Fulfilment Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to complete customer orders as received via various channels. Once we receive an order, the Fulfillment Associate gathers the items and prepares the order for shipping or pickup.

Responsibilities
- Printing customer orders as needed
- Collecting products based on orders, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities
- Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup
- Completing order and shipping documentation accurately
- Stocking inventory
- Moving inventory throughout the work space
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience (1+ years) in warehousing, order picking, shipping and receiving, product stocking, or other inventory-related positions.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
- Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
- Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
- Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests
- Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment
- Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
