Our client, a major hospitality group in Greece operating large seasonal hotels with multiple swimming pools, is seeking one (1) experienced Pool Maintenance Worker for the upcoming tourist season. This is a seasonal contract ideal for individuals with hands‑on pool care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete pool maintenance tasks across multiple pools within a large hotel environment.
- Monitor and manage chlorine levels, pH balance, and overall water quality.
- Ensure pool cleanliness, filtration system performance, and temperature regulation.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Maintain compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards throughout the season.
Job Requirements
- Men aged 23–40 years.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Pool Maintenance Worker.
- Ability to provide video proof demonstrating pool cleaning, water testing, and pool care skills.
- Valid passport and clean criminal record.
Benefits
- 1,000
€ net per month (approx. 150,000 KES)
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Seasonal contract lasting 6–7 months, from late April to early November
- Free accommodation provided in a hotel room
- Two free meals daily provided by the hotel
- Free public health insurance under the Greek state system
