Job Description/Requirements
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the institution.

Oversee the daily operations of the school/college, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.

Ensure adherence to Ministry of Education, TVET, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and continuous quality improvement.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and performance among staff and students.

Manage admissions, student affairs, and ensure a conducive learning environment.

Oversee financial management at the institutional level, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, including parents, government agencies, accrediting bodies, and the community.

Promote extracurricular and co-curricular programs to support holistic student development.

Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding standards are maintained across the institution.

Submit regular reports to management/board on academic progress, operations, and institutional performance.

Master’s degree in Education or related field (PhD is an added advantage).

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, with at least 3 years at a senior management level.

Proven track record of academic and administrative leadership.

Strong knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Financial and resource management experience.
