Desired Profile

Education:

Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• At least 3–5 years’ experience in a medical affairs, medical marketing, or Medical Science Liaison role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in supporting continuous medical education (CMEs), advisory boards, and scientific exchange activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other external stakeholders to facilitate credible scientific exchange.
• Serve as the primary scientific resource for external experts, responding to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, evidence-based information.
• Provide scientific input into the development of both promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Plan, organize, and execute CME initiatives and act as a speaker or facilitator in scientific meetings.
• Participate in advisory boards, conferences, and symposia to capture insights and support product strategies.
• Train and support sales representatives by delivering in-depth product and disease area knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide field-based insights to internal teams.
• Ensure all activities and engagements comply with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and synthesize clinical data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications.
