Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods, materials, and services for our FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices, maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring supply chain efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality.
- Analyze market trends and assess risk to ensure continuity of supply and price stability.
- Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs (quality, delivery, cost).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid stockouts or overstock.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations in procurement processes.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies to support overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments (production, logistics, finance) to align procurement plans with company needs.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
