PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job summary
Production Supervisors who are experienced in factory operations to join our team in an EPZ factory environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience supervising factory operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise daily production activities within the EPZ factory
· Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
· Manage and coordinate production staff on the shop floor
· Enforce compliance with EPZ, safety, and company policies
· Prepare daily production reports and submit to management
· Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ø Must be fluent in English and basic Chinese.
Ø Proven experience working in an EPZ factory or manufacturing setup.
Ø Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ø Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
