Your duties and responsibilities will comprise of:
1.    Establish and maintain project management standards within the company
2.    Create project plans, maintain issue, action and risk register
3.    Maintaining project artefacts in the company’s documents repository 
4.    Coordinate project effort estimation for costing purposes
5.    Responsible for ensuring that project timelines are observed and adhered to
6.    Establish effective and appropriate project governance
7.    Manage the project teams and other resources assigned
8.    Analyse a prospective customer’s business problems in order to come up with business requirements for which business solutions can be provided
9.    Prepare and present a demonstration of the Company’s solution that specifically address a prospect’s business problem
10.    Gather customer’s requirements  and communicate with BA team to ensure the details are fully captured
11.    Involved in project kick-off and sales handover meetings with customer and sales team
12.    Preparation of weekly project status reports and share with both internal and external stakeholders
13.    Administration duties related to projects
14.    Involved in the communication plan for various projects
15.    Milestone review with customer and internal teams
16.    Manage project dependencies, risks and open issues
17.    Involved in the recruitment and selection process when hiring new staff
18.    Induction training of new team members
19.    Training of project teams
20.    Responsible for performance management of the team
21.    Involved in the sales tendering process (project related issues)
22.    Maintain project exit/closure criteria
23.    Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures and ISO 9001:2015
24.    Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and the management from time to time


i.    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
ii.    Professional Certification in Project Management
iii.    2 years’ experience in managing software projects
iv.    Sound knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation
v.    Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams
vi.    Excellent communication skills
