Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented Field Agent with a strong passion for real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing listings, engaging clients, conducting property visits, and closing deals. You will act as the face of Malluug Realty Kenya in the field — ensuring every client interaction reflects our values of honesty, professionalism, and integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Source new property listings and maintain updated inventory of available homes.
  • Conduct property tours, open houses, and client viewings to showcase properties.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales or rental agreements while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through active communication and follow-ups.
  • Educate clients about the property market, pricing, and legal processes.
  • Use CRM software and digital tools to manage leads, client data, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and execute local sales campaigns.
  • Stay informed on Nairobi’s property trends, new developments, and competitive market activity.
  • Represent Malluug Realty Kenya professionally in all client engagements and field operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of the Kenyan property market (especially Nairobi and surrounding areas).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and confident in closing deals.
  • Computer literate and familiar with CRM systems, emails, and online listing platforms.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to uphold the values of Malluug Realty Kenya.
  • Must be comfortable travelling locally and conducting regular field visits.
  • Experience handling both residential and commercial properties is an added advantage.
