Job summary
As a core member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium real estate projects to clients, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Job descriptions & requirements
· Proactively receive walk-in clients at the sales gallery and follow up with leads via phone, email, and other channels.
· Gain a deep understanding of the project details, unit features, pricing structure, payment plans, and market advantages, and provide professional and engaging presentations to clients.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and close sales deals.
· Guide clients through show flats and the project site, handle objections, and manage the sales negotiation and contract signing process.
· Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Update and maintain customer information accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
