Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Market and onboard new customers to Known Capital’s loan products.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and follow up on loan repayments to minimize defaults and maintain portfolio quality.
- Conduct field visits and client assessments as required.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the operations and credit teams to ensure efficient loan processing and recovery.
- Prepare periodic sales and collection reports for review by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, collections, or relationship management—preferably in digital lending, microfinance, or banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in mobile and digital platforms.
