Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverages according to KFC quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Support opening and closing procedures, including stock handling and cleaning
- Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Meet performance, service speed, and quality targets as guided by the supervisor
Minimum Requirements:

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
