Duration: 6-month contract (renewable)
Salary Range: KES 20,000 – 30,000 (commissions excluded)
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officers will drive the growth of Joali Foundation’s microfinance products through client recruitment, community outreach, and partnerships. They will assess borrowers’ needs, support loan applications, and ensure timely repayment follow-ups. The role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, capable of working independently to achieve targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Promote Joali Foundation's microfinance products.
● Recruit clients and conduct field mobilization.
● Assess borrowers’ needs and support loan applications.
● Ensure repayment follow-ups and maintain client relationships.
● Drive growth through community outreach and partnerships.
Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven sales and marketing abilities.
● Excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements
● Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
● Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
● Ability to meet targets and work independently.
● Strong report writing and record-keeping skills.
● High level of integrity and professionalism.
