This role is responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales of our fresh-cut and frozen potato products through structured field activities, customer acquisition, relationship management, and market intelligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Sales DevelopmentExecute structured sales activities within assigned counties to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets Plan and implement market coverage routes across hotels, restaurants (HoReCa), institutions, distributors, and supermarkets.Customer Acquisition & Account ManagementIdentify and onboard new clients.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase order frequency and retention.Manage customer portfolios via CRMProduct Promotion & SamplingConduct in-field product demos, tastings, and activations to create product awareness and trust.Represent the brand at trade fairs, HoReCa expos, and market activations.Order & Credit ManagementProcess customer orders promptly.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure 24-hour delivery turnaround within SLAsSupport credit monitoring and timely payment collection per agreed terms.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotional strategies.Provide daily and weekly reports on leads generated, customer visits, sales volumes, and performance metrics through Ruel CRM.Merchandising & VisibilityEnsure proper display, branding, and visibility of FreshChips products at customer outlets.Distribute and maintain promotional materials and POS items.CollaborationWork closely with marketing, logistics, and operations to align sales targets with supply chain and campaign initiatives.
