Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Japanese Used Cars Sales Consultant at TokyoCarZ. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, showcasing available vehicles, providing guidance on import regulations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Retention abilities
• Experience in Automotive Sales Knowledge of Japanese used car market trends
• Ability to work within a team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Swahili language
• Prior experience in international car sales or import/export industry is preferred
• Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Act as intermediary between the clients and Japanese counterparts
• Responsible for achieving individual targets.
• Check car auctions and make offers to customers
