Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction sector and expand the customer base.
• Work closely with the HomeReno's design team to understand clients’ construction and technical needs and generate tailored quotations that address their specific requirements.
• Negotiate service pricing and terms with potential clients, ensuring all agreements align with the company’s pricing policies and service offerings.
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients based on their technical requirements and project specifications.
• Regularly follow up with clients on generated quotations to ensure timely closure and resolve any questions or concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients in the assigned area, ensuring a steady pipeline of repeat business.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of consultants, contractors, and potential clients to support ongoing business development efforts.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and weekly pipeline updates in a timely and organized manner.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support team success.
