Job Summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by building new relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals by developing and implementing sales strategies, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and working towards sales targets. Locations; Meru, Kisumu, Nyeri, Mombasa and Kakamega

- Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Sales Operations:
Provide personalized recommendation based on customers prescription, face and lifestyle.
Review and interpretate prescription to clients.
Help customers choose frames and lenses.
Close deals.
Ensure payments are done before the client leaves the branch.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Track orders and inform the customer when their order is ready.
Ordering of stock.
Advise customers on proper eyewear maintenance.
Ensure frames are clean.
Customer Service:
Welcoming walk in clients in a professional manner using the right process.
Directing them if they need to see the doctor for consultation.
Handle customers’ inquiries and concerns.
Requirements & Skills:
Diploma; additional satisfaction in sales preferred.
Proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication and marketing skills.
Ability to work as a team.
Customer service skills.
Good Listener.
Negotiation skills.
Adaptable.
Problem solving skills.
