We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join Backyard Vendor and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential customers and partners
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into active users
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and timely follow-up
- Track performance and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience or strong natural sales ability
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with online marketplaces is an added advantage
Salary Expectations
Starting at Ksh 20,000 (Net), with opportunity for salary review based on results.
