JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong foundation in interior design to lead our client engagement efforts. This role bridges design creativity and sensibility with strategic sales, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that elevate their spaces.
Responsibilities
● Drive sales of custom furniture solutions by understanding client needs and translating them into design-forward proposals.
● Lead consultations with residential and commercial clients, offering expert guidance on furniture styles, finishes, and arrangement.
● Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure workability and timely delivery of orders.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
● Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos, and client events.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, sales experience is an added advantage
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury goods.
● Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and design software (e.g., Canva, SketchUp, or similar).
● Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
