Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for outdoor advertising services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their marketing needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients effectively.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals within set timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in advertising or related industry.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Young, energetic, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
