Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Field-based sales engagement across Kenya, with occasional regional assignments
- Market development and client acquisition for coffee and grain machinery and accessories
- Customer interaction at all levels of coffee and grain supply chain
- Follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management in line with company expectations
- Support in exhibitions, activations, and technical coordination where applicable
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 1.5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer-interactive roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn our systems and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
