Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with diaspora clients interested in real estate investments.

Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing.

Consultative Selling: Educate clients on available properties, market trends, financing options, and investment opportunities.

Virtual & In-Person Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and investment advisory sessions tailored to diaspora buyers.

Collaboration with Developers & Financial Institutions: Liaise with developers, mortgage providers, and legal teams to facilitate seamless transactions for diaspora clients.

Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and emerging investment opportunities relevant to diaspora investors.

After-Sales Support: Assist clients in the post-sale process, including documentation, payment plans, and property management services if needed.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven Sales Experience: Experience in real estate, financial advisory, investment consultancy, or a related field.

Strong Network & Market Understanding: Existing relationships with diaspora communities and an understanding of their investment needs.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and guide them through complex investment decisions.

Digital & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms for lead generation, virtual tours, and remote client engagement.

Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently and achieve set sales targets.

Multilingual Abilities (Preferred): Fluency in languages relevant to key diaspora markets is an added advantage.
