Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard new retailers and distributors to grow market penetration.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activity.
• Present and promote products to potential buyers through demonstrations and persuasive selling techniques.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
• Support marketing initiatives, activations, and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, product trends, and pricing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales within the beauty industry (MUST).
• Proven experience selling to retailers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
