Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive corporate sales for our flower and vegetable farm as well as manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or agribusiness sales and Manufacturing, with a proven track record in managing corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and manage corporate clients within the Manufacturing FMCG, retail, hospitality, and export sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote and sell the company’s products (flowers, vegetables, and manufactured goods) to new and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate buyers and distributors.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and market activity reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate networking events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the FMCG, agribusiness, or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience handling corporate or institutional clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel frequently.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
